On this project, we outperformed several local companies on price, internal footprint, and usable headroom, all while delivering a full turnkey package covering design, build, structural calculations, lintel installation, and a roof terrace finished with an A1 fire rated deck, walk-on rooflights, and bespoke standing seam cladding with handrail supply and installation.
This LGSF extension was installed on concrete strip foundations to suit the challenging quarry ground conditions. The build also included underfloor heating with screed, mild underpinning, and the demolition of the existing extension.

Finalised CAD visuals for an extension we’ll be starting in the new year. This will replace an existing smaller extension, and we’ll be opening up the back of the house to create a more usable space. Natural light will be brought in through a Korniche lantern, with aluminium bifolds providing access to the garden.
These renders will support a change of finish in the planning application, updating the external facade from brick to render.
