First you need to choose your garden room. We have modular and bespoke design options available. Simply select your garden room of choice, select the size, and select your choice of cladding. This can be done through our online calculator 'Get your price'. Alternatively you can do this at the enquiry page. If you are opting for a totally bespoke design, please let us know your requirements in as much detail as possible so we can create a quote and design to suit.
Here at DB-Space, we construct our garden rooms in our workshop as much as possible, so it leaves less to do on site and minimal disruption to your home. It also allows us to install our rooms anywhere in the UK.* We are an independent, family run business who deal with each project on a one-to-one basis, providing the personal touch to ensure attention and care to every detail in your project. In these modern times, it is so easy to make contact without having to meet face to face; after choosing your room, all we require is a telephone conversation or video call so we can run through things. We will ask you to send us some photos of where you would like your garden room to be installed. This will then help with our survey, so we can be sure that the site is suitable. At this point, we can then arrange a site visit to meet you and make the order.
Once we have confirmed your choices we can then finalise a quotation. We will provide you with an internal layout plan, so you are clear on finished internal sizes and layout of electrical sockets etc. At this point we can give you an idea of lead time; this is usually around 6 weeks. If you are happy with everything, we will ask you to sign the order form and pay an initial deposit of £1,000.
Now that the process is underway, we can then confirm an installation date and take a deposit of 35% * this includes the initial payment of £1,000.
We carry out as much of the build process as possible in our workshop. This allows us to build your room to our high specification and keeps the installation time on site down to a minimum, reducing disruption to your home.
When we arrive on site, we can start installing the foundations. Once they are in, we require a third payment of 55%. Once we have received this we can then start the installation. Modular Offices are installed in under 5 days, Garden Rooms can take between 5 -15 days to install. Upon completion, we then require the last instalment of 10%. At this stage we will then sign off your invoice and hand over the keys and your guarantee.
