Teesside Peloton Office

Designed for a keen cyclist working from home, this bespoke garden office in Teesside
combines professional workspace with a dedicated fitness zone. The client wanted a flexible
environment that could function both as a quiet office and a personal training space — all
within a narrow, underused section of the garden.

To make the most of the restricted plot, we designed a slim, elongated structure with a flush
roofline that maintains clean proportions and avoids dominating the outdoor area. The
exterior was finished in sleek composite slatted cladding, giving the building a refined,
contemporary look that complements the client’s existing home extension.

A slim-frame aluminium sliding door provides seamless garden access, while matching
casement and picture windows maximise light and ventilation throughout the space. Every
detail — from layout to glazing — was considered to achieve a balance of modern design,
practical use, and aesthetic harmony.

The result is a streamlined, high-performance modular building that delivers the perfect
balance between work, fitness, and everyday living.
