This project is a strong example of how modular construction can unlock opportunities in restricted or complex spaces. Our team delivered a high-performing extension where height and footprint were limited, offering greater internal space and better value than several competing proposals.

We provided a complete turnkey service, including design, structural calculations, lintel installation, and the formation of a roof terrace featuring an A1 fire rated deck, walk-on rooflights, and bespoke standing seam cladding with integrated handrail installation.

Given the quarry ground conditions, we installed the LGSF extension on concrete strip foundations. The scope also included underfloor heating with screed, minor underpinning works, and the demolition of the previous extension.

This project highlights our capability in both modular and traditional construction methods, ensuring efficient delivery without compromising on quality or performance.
